Awesome customer service and great communication. Charles Gray Construction handled all my Home Improvement needs from materials to labor, and they did it all with little down time and no interruptions to me or my family’s daily lives. Highly recommended for any Home Improvement needs! Thank you Oley and team for your professionalism!
I sought out Charles Grey to help a friend who desperately needed a roof. Oley was thorough, honest and fairly priced for her roof project, which carried some challenges. I always like to use local people who offer competitive pricing.
Recently , I called upon them again and John came to estimate a project of my own. He was quick to come out, he asked lots of questions, made suggestions and there was no pressure. I had gotten as far as making a deposit for a roof when he realized that he had misquoted me. The company was very quick to return my deposit with an apology for the miscommunication. It's refreshing to have sales people who can be trusted. Thank you, Charles… read full review
