I just want to say thanks for repairing my A/C so quickly , especially that I called the problem into you on early Saturday morning and it being fixed that same afternoon. Also, I would like to complement your Technician Alfred Guidry on doing a great job that day. Alfred called before to inform me about what time he thought he would arrive to do the repair, later he called to let me know he was on his way to my home. He began his work as soon as he arrived and quickly diagnosed the problem and did the repair work to get my A/C running again. Your technician displayed a very admirable work ethic that day. My unit from Blanchard’s is 10 years young & still going! My thermostat was on but malfunctioning and not turning on my AC, so I videoed it and messaged Blanchard’s. Cody responded immediately. With my description of what I had done to correct the issue (replaced batteries etc.) he agreed it was likely time to replace my thermostat. He advised that I could purchase a new one with them or elsewhere & offered to send someone to replace it for me. After I inquired on ordering the same model, he let me know the one I have wasn’t available to reorder due to its age, but he located a used one at the shop that they could give me. I was very happy to take him up on it! I switched out the faceplates & avoided having to get the wiring reinstalled on a new thermostat. He saved me time, money & got my AC working again ASAP. There is no sweeter summer sound than a compressor kicking on! I really appreciate Cody’s advice & effort to help me!!
