“I want to give a shout out to Jordan (and her little assistant that day), CeCe and Destiny for the awesome service I received for my 3 1/2 year old great-grandson. After being turned away from numerous "Male" barbers and all posting that they took children as well as walk-ins on their sites which turns out not to be the whole truth, we were immediately welcomed into their facility which was just about to close and offered to provide the service we needed. They provided options to my great-grandson like lollipops, juice, gummy bears and even dinosaurs to make him feel at ease. Well, Jordan went as far as to actually sit on the floor with him and play a little to gain his trust and then proceeded to complete the service with excellent results...while staying later then she had probably anticipated. CeCe was kind enough to double tag team him to be able to get the job done as quickly as possible. I cannot say enough about their excellent attitude, kindess and professionalism. My great- grandson said he made three new friends today and he wants to go back to "play". When a 3 1/2 year old leaves a facility after experiencing a somewhat anxiety heightened event (with tears and reluctance) such as a hair cut you know you are in the right place and where to go the next time. Wonderful job ladies! Thank you so much Jordan. Everything everyone did is very much appreciated.“
