Sam came out to my home in Thibodaux within an hour of calling on a Saturday. He is with American Garage Doors of Houma. The springs on my garage door were completely out of commission. The system is about 11 years old and needed a bit of TLC. In less than 90 minutes ofhis arrival, he has us squared up and my garage door is working well once again!
Sam was very polite and courteous.
He even reconfigured the garage door limits before leaving.
After Hurricane Ida, I needed to replace the doors on my garage, it was an older style, and the measurements made it a challenge, but these guys rose to the challenge and installed a door that looked great.
At one point, one of the rollers popped out of the track. I contacted American Garage Doors and they came to the house and fixed it. Quick, friendly service. I recommend to anyone.
