At first I was very unhappy with the Affordable Dentures in Houma. I waited 3 hours for my appt and it was a cluster. I made the appt in my current name, which was my mistake. But the paperwork I filled out in my legal name which really caused confusion and no one bothered to ask or confirm. I have worked in a medical office for over 20 yrs and I would have automatically confirmed after seeing 2 names. When I saw the dentist for all of 5 minutes, he was very nice but very confused. No one apologized for my waiting 3 hours except for the cute and sweet blond girl who called us to the back initially. Then there was the confusion with my prescriptions. The whole staff was very knowledgeable & professional including Dr. Hanley. They pulled 8 teeth and left with my dentures the same day. Especially Kacey she’s very very professional, knowledgeable & helpful from the first time I walked thru the door until I was finished up. Y’all need to give that girl a raise! Thanks
Everyone were very friendly they listened and answered all my questions and didnt rush me at all I went for 2 adjustments on my new dentures they done a wonderful job correcting the fit I'm very satisfied definitely will recommend Thanks
