Kade is very knowledgeable and helpful in terms of identifying and explaining the issue and he provided us with a couple of repair options and a replacement option for our HVAC system in our house. He gave us all of the information and allowed us to decide what was best for us rather that pressuring us to make a ridiculous purchase and we ended up replacing the entire system for a much more reasonable price than what was quoted us from some competitors. Kade communicated with us throughout the whole process and completed the job on the day that he scheduled. His work is also guaranteed for a certain amount of time depending on the system you get. Ours is 10 years.
