I am looking to purchase an investment property that has some uneven floors that has some structural issues that will need to be addressed but has very limited access to the crawl space. Someone told me that Stephanie has a robot that could access underneath the house to take pictures and videos. Stephanie is a pleasure to talk to and is very knowledgeable with home inspections. Our realtor, Shane Cheatham, recommended Stephanie Peters with Peace of Mind Inspection Service for the purchase of our home because I was hesitant about the purchase since it had been on the market for some time and I couldn’t understand why.
