From the moment Heather met our dog, we knew we had the right woman: we have a big and super-energetic puppy, and Heather has a kind but natural command that he instantly respected. Of course, we knew that we needed Heather to train US more than to train our dog, and she delivered. She gave us the tools we needed, encouraging us and modeling positive training.
