I did not use STP air plumbing Because he did not show up for an appointment and did not call.I called him and he scheduled me for the next day and still DID NOT SHOW UP OR CALL. Very unprofessional !!!
Failed to arrive for appointment made several days earlier...called him and he said he had an emergency... told him that a simple phone call to me would have really been appreciated... he apologized, but I had to start from scratch with a different plumber... pretty much sucks...
My sister has Parkinson's disease. Randy replaced her toilet to a higher bowl type. He also installed a safety bar for easier reach. Great price and quick efficient work. Would def recommend for plumbing needs.
