I look forward to Move Baby, Move! every week. The class is fun, upbeat, and fits in a little of everything in 30 minutes. My body feels so good afterwards! Aaron is a terrific instructor! Highly recommend.

Move Baby Move is such a wonderful way to exercise for “seniors” like me who walk daily and don’t want to engage in any other strenuous activity. With the MBM program I get my body energized in a safe manner while seated! A WIN-WIN situation!
