The owner was out of town in TN and said he would come by first thing Monday the 20th which he did. My roof and attic were inspected and he climbed up on the roof to see what needed to be done. Repairs were made not only to my roof but he also alerted me to some issues on my neighbors townhouse roof that could impact me as well. I was able to contact my neighbor who authorized the repairs be done to his side to ensure it did not cause damage to my side as the townhouses are adjoined.
