First time here, today, (change of insurance) and first off, let me say, Elmwood Modern Dentistry and the employees are worth writing this review for!! Everything about my visit here was above and beyond! I have never had a more thorough exam/cleaning in my 34 years! Dr. Natalie Masone DMD as well as the hygienist Annaley Slater, RDH was extremely knowledgeable, kind, informative and made me feel very comfortable. The moment I walked in, I was greeted with a smile. After my X-Rays, digital scans, and pictures (pictures that were visible to me on screen the entire visit), Dr. Natalie said everything looked good on the X-Rays. I walked into this place just by happenstance. I was at Cava grabbing lunch and thought “huh it’s been a while since i’ve had my teeth cleaned.” From the beginning the entire staff were exceptionally nice and friendly. For a 24 who’s never done something like this without his mother’s involvement went from a likely intimidating experience. To a warm and pleasant one. Thank you all for being so pleasant, but most importantly giving my teeth a much needed cleaning!
