Karen is the ABSOLUTE BEST!! I have extremely thin hair and not much of it. She understands how to make it look fuller and thicker. She really listens when you talk and she asks all the right questions to better understand how to deal with your hair. Also, you never have to wait and this is unheard of at hair salons, but she values your time and is on time EVERY TIME!! I drive quite a ways to see her because there is literally NO ONE BETTER!!

I will never go to another salon. Not only is it a beautiful and relaxing place, but Robert is the only person who can tame my naturally curly, thick, coarse hair. He listens to your concerns, likes, and dislikes, and truly wants you to be happy with your hair. Karen does my color and is also just as wonderful. Their hair products are amazing and I feel like my hair is healthier than it's been in years.
