Took my dad's computer up there after it was hacked. I called before I took it up and was walked through things just to see if anything happened and we found it was hacked and sure enough dropped it off at 4pm and was ready by 10am. Great guy and helpful

Went there thinking my son's computer wasn't working. The employee was very knowledgeable showed my son what he did wrong and saved us a charge. I would reccomend Ram to anyone needing help with their computers.
