I like PetSmart more than PetCo. I shop here for my cat food / supplies. My last visit, store was in kind of a disarray. They were out of the only item I was looking for. I was kind of disappointed but bought a substitute. After my purchase I received an email to take a survey. I took the survey and answered honestly. Almost immediately the store manager reached out and offered to make my experience better. Top tier customer service and just for that they will earn 5 stars from me everytime. Despite my last experience, the store is usually pretty stocked and always clean and organized.

We had a very good time at PetSmart my daughter is a very happy little girl ❣️ And we are very blessed with receiving a new pet . She has a cool ? little lizard ?? and it's very low maintenance ? witch makes me Smile

We had a fun time giving our doggies a bath! ? Keeps the smelly mess out of the house. Also had their nails trimmed which is worth the argument with our pitbull/boxer. Thank you for these services. ❤️
