Branch Real Estate had a serious problem with our email accounts. Thinking that it was AT&T because of the recent disaster, I kept contacting them. After one week, we contacted Spectrum Tech and discovered that our problem started in England and went several other places before Joe Moreland was able to track all the paths down. He was able to open another account for us to operate with until each part was contacted to be able to pull our website, email and all the other parts back together. It was a champion project. I have been using the services of the technicians of Spectrum Tech since before the the company's inception. Those guys have always been awesome. When I have computer issues or problems, they are always just a phone call away. They are very professional, competent and knowledgeable, and to say the least, they get the job done efficiently.
