I had an absolutely amazing experience at Maxem Urgent Care, and I can’t recommend them enough! From the moment I walked in, the entire staff was kind, efficient, and genuinely cared about making sure I was comfortable and taken care of. The facility was clean, organized, and ran like a well-oiled machine.

A huge shoutout to Dr. Boudreaux — truly one of the best! Doctor was patient, reassuring, and incredibly knowledgeable. You can tell they truly care about their patients and love what they do. They made the whole process easy, stress-free, and actually enjoyable. It’s rare to leave an urgent care feeling better not just physically but mentally too!

Everyone was kind and professional my child was send and treated in a timely manor. I will be returning the this location and not the closer north oak urgent care, these people actually care.
