I went to Lindsey's nails completely unknowing and didn't know what to expect. I walked in and immediately there was a lot of people and some of the nail techs were in the back talking on the phone or eating. I was taken back about 30 min (I didn't have an appointment, don't make one it won't make a difference) and I had a refill and a missing nail. The nail tech that I had was nice but didn't talk a lot. I picked a regular nail polish color and sat down but he talk tried to convince me to get gel or dip which is an extra charge. I just got the gel so that he would stop trying to convince me. Terrible, terrible terrible. I will never be back again. Nails are complete trash.

Service is terrible, but I find that with many nail places in the area. Common sense is that if there is a wait, you give an estimate on how long and don't ignore a customer waiting for 45 minutes. It's really like you're invisable. Not going back.
