She is thorough, does a great job, very respectful of us and our home, and she loves our dog! I have had JA-ROY protect my new custom home since it was built 4 years ago with quarterly spraying and the Sentricon Termite system. The technicians are very courteous and thorough. I am very pleased with everything they do, especially a technician named Dale.
