Dr. Hoover, Brittany and the rest of the team are outstanding. Dr. Hoover is a great dentist. However every time we have needed to call the office to make or change an appointment or to ask a question about care etc, we have had to wait a minimum of 30 minutes to well over an hour on hold before the phone call is answered. Perhaps they need to hire someone to answer the phone even for an hour or two at a designated time. Or at least offer the opportunity to leave a message. Everyone doesn't have the time or opportunity to sit on hold.

Where to begin, I came from NJ and did NOT have a good dentist their! Long story short, I let my teeth go due to the fear from my last two dentist. I moved to Louisiana and looked up dentist here. I was so scared! But I was in so much pain!I have had teeth pulled with no numbing medicine in NJ so this caused my fear!I meant this dentist, he said I needed a root canal and a few cavities to fill. I explained my fear and he was so gentle and understanding with me! When he started the procedure I DID NOT FEEL THE NEEDLES! Nope not even a pinch! (I can NOT take pain!) He filled my cavities then did my root canal. All within an hr which seemed like minutes! NO PAIN DURNING...read full review
