Home instead has been taking care of Me for about a years or so. My worker Lakyn is amazing. She is prompt, reliable, and in tune with my needs. She is very trustworthy. My nurse Mrs Weegie is and incredible part of my team too. She checks on me and makes sure I am doing ok. My only complaint is the girl who answered the phone. (Shane) she never knows anything about my case or how to help me. When I ask to speak to someone’s else she repeats in a condascending way that she does not know what else can be done. Like I’m the stupid one. Then I get a call from the owner who tells me that the VA is difficult to deal with. That’s a slap in my face as a veteran.… read full review
Home Instead has been taking care of my dad for nearly two years now through VA benefits. The amount of weight lifted from my mother, and all of us, is immeasurable. We have the best caregivers, Madison, Marcy, and Mille are all amazing. One of them comes everyday and helps my dad get out of bed, get a shower if needed, they help him get dressed, bring him his coffee and breakfast, and help with light housekeeping. They are really making a huge difference in our lives. Thank you Home Instead!!
