Home Instead is a company that provides exceptional care and compassion to its clients. The Client Care Coordinator, Claudette Netter, is always available and provides a positive presence during visits. The caregivers, such as Alethea Harper, go above and beyond to ensure the well-being of their clients. The company's strong, positive culture is evident in the way they treat those they care for. Home Instead has also been praised for its knowledgeable and eager Home Care Consultant, Catherine Radcliff, who assists caregivers with the care of their loved ones.
Home Instead has been taking care of my dad for nearly two years now through VA benefits. The amount of weight lifted from my mother, and all of us, is immeasurable. We have the best caregivers, Madison, Marcy, and Mille are all amazing. One of them comes everyday and helps my dad get out of bed, get a shower if needed, they help him get dressed, bring him his coffee and breakfast, and help with light housekeeping. They are really making a huge difference in our lives. Thank you Home Instead!!
