It was Rhaenyra’s first time coming here and the staff were all so reassuring and calming to her. They were all incredibly sweet and made her feel comfy while we had to poke and prod at her. For still being such a young puppy she did so well under their care. They were also very understanding and easily answered all my questions about future plans for care and their recommendations. We’ve already booked her next appointment.

All of the vet techs and front desk staff took turns laying on the floor with my dog while she was getting IV fluids - literally no other clinic would find time to do this. I know I never have to worry about my dogs when they are at this clinic because everyone there genuinely cares for all of the animal clients. This is my favorite clinic I have ever brought my pets too, and it is because of all of the wonderful and kind staff. There is not a single individual that works at this clinic that has ever been anything less than kind and amazing. Nee to the area and had not established a vet for my Shipoo. Over the weekend, my Shipoo sustained a back injury so I called several vets Monday morning to get him seen. By far, Hammond Veterinarian was the BEST. From the moment they answered the phone the customer service was super. They were able to get my dog seen within an hour and a half from the call, and the vet was wonderful. She listened and truly showed empathy and kindness during the entire exam. She instantly noticed my dog's discomfort and anxiety and got down on his level so he did not have to be placed on the table. NEVER experienced this level of care before.
