called in for the first time ever this morning to schedule an optometry appointment because the VA website said they have a office there and the first lady made sure to let me know that she works there and that they do NOT have one and hung up on me immediately after her rant. I know she doesn't control the dang website, just wanted to apologize for seemingly bothering her so much at her JOB.

Second call a different lady was very nice though, spoke to me politely, and unlike the first, helped me with information to get my appointment made somewhere else.

4.5 rating. Love the people who care for Veterans here. Appointment scheduling is mixed depending on medical needs. I've been seen either early or right on time for most appointments. Looking forward to new clinic location, whenever it is completed. This location is an older facility but generally good.
