The front desk staff are rude & they constantly asks for identification every visit after they already have copies , also I was told by the nurse practitioner that I had to have a procedure done at a location that only those type of tests just to get stood up for almost to months after I had two appointments where they claimed they sent over order and someone from that office was supposed to call me to have the procedure scheduled nor did they give me info with any contact info(never got a called which led me to making another appointment with this office just for them to have never sent it over) I had to call that location just to find out this gastroenterologist office never even sent them an order , the lady i spoke with at that facility was nice enough to call and see what was going on and got the order the same day!!! smh not to mention this office cuts their phone off so that they cannot get calls and representatives pick up! they never answer their phones! why come to work if you don't want to ge there and your attitude is bad?

"I visited Northlake Gastroenterology offices on 1/31 with my mom, and everything went smoothly, my mother's appointment went well, however we did not feel too welcomed by staff member Robin at check in. She was very annoyed, and between the time of check in and my appointment to start, she was speaking poorly about another staff member, not too loud but loud enough to where my mother and I were made aware it was going on. I do not feel she is a very good representation of what the company stands for considering how well the rest of my visit went"

Very unprofessional staff, I was gave the wrong date multiple times and then they said it was my fault that they would no longer see me as a patient. And they did not discipline their staff for making the mistake
