Had a problem with flickering and power surges every 10 to 20 minutes. Booking was easy and convenient, communication between the business and myself was Exceptional. I love that they send a text letting you know who and when they are arriving. The picture of the employee is GREAT in this day and age when you can't trust people anymore. They came out ,did their inspection and came and explained to me what the problem was. Not being electrical educated, adien and Chris broke it down to me so I could understand. I'm totally satisfied with this company. Will use again in the future.
Amazingly fast response! My wife called the office and Lain was there in 25 minutes. He trouble-shot our condenser unit and found a malfunctioning capacitor and replaced it. He verified the unit's operation and did a thorough post-repair function and pressure check. From call to an operating unit it took about an hour. The unit is cooling well.
He was very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. An extremely pleasant person. Unequivocally 5 Stars.

These people know their business. They never disappoint! Patrick was my technician. He is respectful and smart. He assessed the problem after hours because this company have people on call for those times things occur beyond office hours.
Love them! They come out twice a year-spring and fall - for my maintenance. They come after hours when a squirrel ate through ductwork. I can’t say south about they’re way more than fair pricing.
