The team at the Hammond location was extremely professional and helpful. They were abke to tell us exactly what was wrong and completely understanding when we decided to handle the issue ourselves. They even let my husband borrow some tools to install the new battery and air flow sensor.
The guys in Hammond were very accommodating since I was camping nearby and had a flat tire. They got me in and out quickly. The only issue is that when I got back home there was a noise coming from the front tire. I brought it to the location in Kenner. They fixed the issue immediately and at no charge. Apparently a piece of tin was rubbing the rotor. The associates at both locations were friendly and took care of my needs.
The two guys working Sunday/Mother’s Day May 12, 2024 provided outstanding customer service ad professional guidance. Chad took time to help me understand aspects of maintenance & parts all while the phones rag off the hook. Still he never got angry or appeared disgruntled. He was kind and patient.
The mechanic who worked on my car seemed to do a good job. It is only a day later so hopefully nothing adverse happens. I didn't get his name. He was the only one that day. Great attitude considering he was working alone.
