My outside unit broke down for my upstairs Daikin FIT AC. It was after 5pm. Called them. They called back in less than 10 minutes. Had Hunter out here in less than 1/2 hour. It was a very unusual problem but they had the part at their warehouse. Unit was fixed, tested and running in 1-1/2 hours. Absolutely pleased. My upstairs went from 81 degrees down to 70 - we can sleep upstairs tonight. Great service!

They cleaned the AC unit and also found water in my hot water hearer pan which was a blessing to find before it could have ruin my ceilings. The AC is working great. Very polite worker.
