Medical personals were very courteous. They answer questions professionally. Clinic was very clean. A shot was given to me as a safety precaution because a nearby hospital contacted me that I may have been exposed to contagious bacteria by a family member who was being treated.

I was seen quickly, receptionist was very nice.I went back and was triaged.Doc came in pretty soon after .I explained what was happening ,and wasn't rushed.I was given scripts and am very pleased with the whole visit.The business runs very smoothly and it is a well kept facility .

I personally saw Dr. Mehaffie today and it was a pleasure to walk into an urgent care facility and not have to wait an hour or two. He answered all my questions in a short period of time and I really like the front door parking of this location, no need to go the an emergency room and wait until the emergencies stop before being seen!! I will recommend to all of my uptown and central New Orleans friends and co-workers!!
