I have been going there for a while. No issue with the pedicure or eyebrows until a new lady did my eyebrows on Saturday and now Im crying. It took me years to finally have good eyebrows and that lady destroyed them in 1 minute. I have a pregnancy photoshoot and now Im having to spend money on eyebrow tinting too because I cant even paint them correctly, she removed almost all hair from one of my eyebrows. Im not sure if I am coming back
I love the greeting when I arrive, and they always ask how my family is. They have many talented mani and pedi techs, who always give 100% of their time and energy to make sure I’m comfortable and satisfied with the customer service I was receiving. Plus they offer all their customers drinks, it was a brilliant idea, especially during the summer when it’s 110 degrees, and the humidity feels thick, heavy, making it extremely uncomfortable, hard to breathe.
