Every time I went there. I was helped as soon as I walked in the door. Very friendly and helpful people. If they can't help you they not going to hurt you. I thought I needed a fuse . And the guy checked it and it was still good. Yes they can test fuses. Saved me money. Gave me knowledge on a switch. Yeap! That was my problem. Thanks guys!!

My dryer stopped heating and I needed some parts. Great customer service and they will test your parts if you bring them. They go above and beyond to ensure you don’t buy the wrong part as there is no refund. Thank you for all your help!

Wide selection of parts for many appliances. They don't try to up-sell you. Better yet, they genuinely help you solve your problem. I brought a suspect part and they tested it for me and thereby stopped me from wasting my money and pointed me in the right direction. Top notch retailer.
