My husband has been coming to Guillot's since little. He gave him his first haircut. He also gave our son his first haircut. Now they both get haircuts at the same time. They love it. He is very experienced and very friendly.

Mr. Ervin Guillot has been my barer for a decade. This is a REAL traditional BARBER SHOP, not a "studio", "hair designer", "hair-cutter", or beautician. A real BARBER, and a vrais-Cajun one at that! Mr. Guillot does traditional haircuts of all styles. He offers other typical "barber" services, too. Women't haircuts, too. Ervin is quite a genuine "characteur" and a real Cajun, from Pierre Part, Louisiana, on the eastern edges of our great Atchafalaya Swamp. He has at least one corny joke per customer.
