I 100% recommend! They did the centerpieces and cake topper for my event and the results were perfect. They went above & beyond when I needed one more at the last minute. A joy to work with and price was very reasonable.

I ordered flowers and they never sent the flowers. By the time I figured out that they never sent it, I called. The lady said she would call me back. NEVER CALLED ME BACK. I called again, no answer. I called from my work phone and magic, she answered. They claimed they didn’t have the type of flowers that I ordered. That’s fine, but why didn’t they call me and let me know? They claimed they sent a cancellation email and to check my spam. No email, no phone call, no nothing! They definitely charged my account though. I’m still waiting to get my money back and it has been 8 days. I was very disappointed because they ruined a surprise for a friend of mine.

I would not recommend this company. I placed an order so that we can surprise my Mom for her 60th birthday. We paid for delivery. The order never showed up. We never received a call, or anything. I sent a message to get details because they had closed for the day, so I was unable to call. We did not receive any calls, messages or any notices that there was an issue. The next day we get an email saying the order was cancelled. No explanation. Nothing. Just cancelled the day AFTER it was due for delivery. This was the worst experience and terrible customer service. Never again.
