Reasonable and guy name Chris is an awesome worker and respectful I think he's loyal to you as long as you are respectful and not unrespectful. I would go through them and I hope i get Chris as a tow guy and would go out of my way to tell everyone about dales towing and how they have an awesome worker by the name of Chris.
This place treated me awesome!! I've never been to a tow yard where the employees and owner actually care enough to work with you a little bit so u can get everything taken care of. Every single employee was really nice and they actually treat their customers with respect unlike every single other tow yard I've ever been too. Yes it sucked really bad when the cops towed my car for not renewing my insurance, which was my fault. And I really didn't think I would be able to get my car back bc the DMV fees were so high and also getting my license plate and insurance came out to thousands of dollars before I even got to Dale's towing to deal with their towing and storage fees to get my car out. Thank God they were nice enough to cut me a little bit of a break bc any other towing company would have been complete A-Holes and I definitely wouldn't have gotten my car back. If u ever have to get your car towed then Dale's towing in Gretna, LA is hands down the best tow yard in the area. Call Dale's towing first bc they're definitely the best!!
Used Dales to bring my dead car to the dealership to get fixed. Flat bed truck arrived about 45 minutes after I called them. Driver was pleasant and car made it there safely. Cost $110 to go less than 5 miles. Not sure how that price compares to others as I was in such a panic I didn't have much time to shop around for quotes.
