My LT wouldn't wake up ,so I drove here after reading the reviews. Eddie was very helpful, and after a couple of hours ,he confirmed my fears that my device was DOA. After purchasing a new LT ,I dropped it off, and Eddie started his magic .He was able to transfer all my files and put me back in business in 5 hours.There was an expedited charge,however, it was well worth it.I'm 100% satisfied and definitely recommend A:/ Prompt .

I've been a satisfied customer for decades. They are knowledgeable, friendly and patient with me when I don't fully understand what they are explaining. A technician quickly came to my house to work on our big computer when the need arose. A:\ Prompt monitors my computer and have called immediately about anything that I should be concerned.
