    It really depends on who services you. Some of the employees are professional and/or have good customer service skills and others don't. Regardless of who does your work it normaly comes out exceptional. I've never left there unpleased with the outcome of any of their work. I have left there multiple times after being serviced by someone who has been less than professional and rude. The same two ladies on more than one occasion have made me want to give them a peice if my mind. Then other times I've gotten the real nice workers and have had a great all around experience.     This is one of the local nail salons in near my hometown and in my opinion it's the better of the two. This location is not the remodeled salon, that is Perfect Nails the sister's salon. This salon has been in it's current location since opening approx 6-7 years ago. It's well kept and the service is great when business is slow. When business picks up, some of the nail techs tend to rush making it a less enjoyable experience for some people.     I used to come to this place years ago, it's quite upgraded from what it used to be!! There are a lot more massage chairs as well as manicure tables. The place is still busy even at 2 pm on a Thursday afternoon!! And busy as it was, slow was the word. It took over 2 hours for a simple pedi and gel manicure. The workers are so over busy, they forget who is next, I had to wait in the water for at least 30 minutes while the person next to me who came in 20 minutes after me went before me. The pedi was slow and quality left something to be desired. The gel mani was a little better, getting them to a two star experience.
