We needed a telehandler delivered at a specific time to off-load a pre-engineered steel building. The delivery date was the day after a three-day holiday weekend and I was concerned because past experience with that scenario had resulted in the company I was counting on not showing up and if they did it wasn't on time. United Rentals did not follow the pattern, they showed up ahead 0f schedule and delivered the equipment which appeared to be in great shape and ready for work. I went in to the Airline Store in Gonzales, LA. to rent some equipment to build a concrete slab in my backyard. Tommy Collins, Operations Supervisor took real good care of my needs and I will rent from them again.

Been renting from united for 20 years and they have come a long way from where they used to be. Never had an issue getting equipment and they typically send a tech on the spot when you need one.
