I have been getting loan services from Tower Loan for over 7 years and the customer service has been great! There is a young man at the Gonzales location by the name of Dillon that went above and beyond to help me when I stopped by there. The process is easy and it doesn’t take long to get your application approved.

Tower loan really saved me when my partner lost his job. We were able to pay our rent and while it’s taken a while to pay off, the team at tower loan Gonzales was always helpful. As long as you’re willing to communicate, they are completely understanding of changes in payment schedule. I would work with them again if I was in a pinch!
