Toby and his partner were excellent! I moved into a rental home and despite the property manager stating it had been cleaned, the tile floors were filthy. The bottoms of my feet were black from walking on the floor the first evening. They offered to come clean again but I had zero confidence it would improve. I mopped and cleaned three times and it was still so dirty. Likely years of being a rental and not maintained that well. So I hired Stanley Steamer to clean the tile. I am so glad I did! Arrived on time, very friendly and professional technicians, thoroughly assessed our needs before starting, explained everything they were doing, asked if we were satisfied with the service and results, cautious with our door facings and property, gave suggestions for maintaining the floors. Couldn’t be happier with the results. They cleaned one room with carpet, our RV carpet, and several tiled rooms in our home. Highly recommend Stanley Steemer!!
