“I reached out to Cinderella Pet Palace as a potential new customer and spoke with Christy. She went above and beyond in helping me with finding hand stripping service in the area. She answered all my questions and was so helpful 5/5 on customer service”
“I took my dogs today for the first time!! They look amazing and smell wonderful. She also finished 2 dogs in 3 hours! I will 100% be a returning client”
“We got home from work and discovered that the dog had jumped on the counter and eaten leftover chocolate birthday cake. I called the clinic and they fit me in at the last second. They were very gracious after my dog threw up 2.5 lbs of cake all over their exam room. This is the third pet I've had to bring by with day of appointments, and they've always found a way to work me in. I appreciate them so much!”
