I headed to Ochsner Urgent Care late in the evening for a prescription for motion sickness patches, when I found out about a last minute off shore fishing trip planned for the next day. Caroline Fusilier, PA-C was an absolute pleasure. She clearly understood the urgency and how debilitating motion sickness can be. She even made sure I could quickly contact her if the case the pharmacy didn’t have the medicine I needed, since it was so close to closing time. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!
Keep up the great work, Ochsner! We visited this Urgent Care location this evening when we had to bring our son. The provider and staff were all friendly, thorough, and we were quickly brought back to be seen. This is such a convenient location to the local area. Exceptional service!
