I can't speak to whether Headmasters takes walk-ins, but I can share my experience after three attempts to use their services, all with the same disappointing result. On my latest visit, I arrived at 4:15 pm, on a Tuesday, to find the business completely empty—no customers, no employees. After sitting down for a minute, I was finally greeted by an elderly lady who seemed exasperated and out of breath. When I asked if I could get a haircut, she told me it would be impossible. She mentioned she had appointments later, was there alone, and that the boss was out.
