We had an amazing experience with Duplessis Builders. After interviewing three different pool companies, we felt most comfortable with them, and it turned out to be the best decision. The design team was incredibly patient and helpful in assisting us with picking out the perfect pool finishes (shoutout to Dawn and Derek’s daughter!). The owner, Derek, is top-notch, ensuring that every aspect of the work is done right. He personally approves all the work and insists on redoing anything that doesn't meet his high standards. Hands down the BEST pool builder in the business. From designing our dream pool, to executing and delivering the finished product, We could not be Happier. The level of customer service and Quality that we have experienced with Duplessis Builders is unmatched. They kept us informed throughout the entire process and exceeded ALL of our expectations.
