Super knowledgeable, went in with what I thought was a bad heating element. He tested it for me and it was good, then he helped me diagnose what was actually wrong with my dryer and got me the part for a very good price. Can’t recommend a better place will definitely be back!

I’ve always heard about Dixie Appliance Parts, but never needed them until now. Went in thinking I needed a new switch for the dryer. Michael told me to try unplugging another fuse and put wires together to see if it would come on before opening the package for the switch. Sure enough, that’s what it was. Refunded the money for the switch and was refunded to my account minutes later. Great service! Would recommend if you needed any type of appliance parts!

About a year ago, I came to this local appliance parts store after taking my dryer apart myself and figuring out what the issue was along with what kind of replacement part I needed. As a single mom I couldn’t afford to replace the dryer completely or call for it to be serviced so I had to figure it out myself. The owner confirmed they had the door latch replacement part in stock and went above and beyond in telling me how to replace it and also some tips to remember when installing the replacement. I successfully made the repair and my dryer was as good as new! I will never go anywhere else to buy appliance parts and am glad to be able to support a local business!...read full review
