I had a great experience! I was a little worried at first because I had heard a lot of negative reviews, but I'm so glad I decided to see for myself. From the dental assistant and dental hygienist to the dentist and operations manager, everyone was professional, attentive, and excellent at what they do. The entire team made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. I would definitely recommend giving them a chance!
My first visit today was amazing to say the least. Everyone on staff here is caring and polite and very very professional. I do recommend to anyone who needs dental work. A special shout out to Christy Brasseaux for being an awesome Operations Manager. Thank you all.
From the moment I walked into Aspen Dental, I felt genuinely welcomed. I was greeted with a smile at the front desk — I can’t remember her name, but she was so friendly and set the tone for the entire visit.
Once I was taken to the back, Reyana greeted me with the same warmth. She had such a sister/cousin vibe — very empathetic, very comforting. That energy matters when you’re in a dental chair.
