Nothing like being a tourist in your own city. This was the best Swamp Tour we have been on. The kids loved feeding the gators & driving the boat. They said Mr. Billy made it so much fun & how he made them laugh. We definitely give them 5 stars.
Very fun tour! Saw young alligators, lots of birds, beautiful trees. Guide extremely knowledgeable what we were seeing! Played some cajun music and passed around washboard and triangle for us to play. A great experience. Don't miss it!
I had the pleasure of going on Captain Billy's Inaugural Photo Tour from his new location. The area is amazing, Cypress lined bayous with backlit Spanish Moss offering numerous photo opportunities. Along the way we saw alligators and numerous shore/wading birds. When we entered Lake Paloudre we started seeing Eagles, Pelicans, Osprey, Anhinga, and Comorants. The trip concluded with sunset over the lake on the way back in. If you want to experience the scenery of the Louisiana swamps, then A Cajun Man's Swamp Tour is for you. When you couple the sights with Captain Billy's knowledge of the history and love of the area you can't go wrong.
