Nalco Co. is a decent place for deliveries and loading, often with quick in-and-out service of around 1.5 to 2 hours. The staff, including security and dock workers, are consistently described as kind, courteous, and polite. The facility accommodates tankers and dry vans, offering overnight parking. Truckers must use the correct west entrance and wear required PPE, including closed shoes, long sleeves, and a helmet. The gravel lot can be tight for maneuvering. A portable toilet is available near the truck parking area.

Entrance on west end. Do not enter in middle, nor east. Park near west entrance and walk to check-in. 18 ibc's, 2 hours from check-in to exit. Staff was courteous and polite. Portapotty available near truck parking area.
More often than not, I’m in and out within 1.5 hours whether delivering or loading. The staff, from security to the dock workers, are always kind and courteous. Always happy to be at Garyville Nalco.
