Terrible experience with the therapist (dropped me as a patient with NO warning or notice), psych NP (REFUSED to meet with me in person, would require an ***in-person virtual appointment*** where you have to be at the clinic alone in a room with a laptop with the NP in a DIFFERENT ROOM in the same building?), and dentist. Here what I wrote as my reason for canceling my next automatic appointment with the dentist:"Strongly disliked my service in my first appointment. Wait time in the lobby and service room was way too long, building was very hot, x-rays took way too many tries, wasn't able to get my teeth cleaned at all for my first visit, I had to come back months later...read full review

They work when they want to. Average to Decent level healthcare providers, but desk workers are subpar. Inattentive and lack punctuality. They rarely answer the phone or call back at a decent time.

I’ve called 8 times in the past 2 days, left 2 voicemails, and even tried to set up an appointment online 3 days ago for birth control. Why has nobody gotten back to me? Should I go up there to make an appointment?
