Natalie was AMAZING! She took me as a walk in for a last minute brow wax, not to mention it was almost closing time … not many places in Franklin offer eye brow waxing (mainly the nail shops) so I usually venture out of the area. Because of this I was kind of hesitant to entrust someone new working with my brows, but when I tell you this was the best and most relaxing experience. Not only did she use the jade roller after to help reduce redness and swelling but she nailed exactly how I like my brows to look and she took her time which I really appreciated. Definitely will be returning 🤩

Kaitlyn did an amazing cut on my 2 year old son today. His hair came out so cute! It was exactly what I wanted. She was sweet & very patient with him. My husband also had a haircut & he loves it!
