Couple years ago, I had an atrocious experience at this location — truly villain origin story material. My regular esthetician (Jasmyn) was out, and no one told me until I showed up. I got assigned to someone new… and left with burns and irritation. So yeah, I was ready to set my membership on fire.
When I called to cancel, the manager offered me a free wax with their most experienced esthetician — someone who had been taking over some of Jasmyn’s other clients while she was on maternity leave. Against my better judgment (and my traumatized skin’s advice), I gave it one last try.

My girl Megan is gonna get me right every time! I’m coming up on year 2 with her and she has always been consistent. Not only is the environment she creates welcoming, but she’s helped me with my skincare journey along the way. As a girl of color who is prone to ingrowns, it’s nice to meet someone who knows my skin type and how to make it look the best it can.
