In reading some of the negative reviews, are we even talking about the same Chad??? My family and I were traveling from TX to GA for Christmas pulling an RV when my 2018 Ram 3500 dually started over-heating in Breaux Bridge, LA. After exiting I-10 and pulling into a local establishment at about 4PM on a Saturday afternoon (a Christmas weekend mind you), we were scrambling to figure out how we were going to get the truck fixed and stay on track to meet two of our other grown kids in GA for Christmas. I came across Chad's name on a Google search and called. He called me back within 30 minutes and was at the truck, with his family, in about 20 more minutes. They just finished attending a family Christmas party. He did an initial assessment of the problem we were having, which was a failing water pump. With the engine cooled down now and some new coolant in the system we purchased from a nearby Walmart, we limped to a nearby RV park to stay there for the night. He took his family home, grabbed his tools, then came back and met us at the RV site. It was dark by then. Now armed with his tools of the trade, he was able to run a proper test on the system to confirm the faulty water pump. I rode with him to get the new water pump and coolant needed to do the job. Using his smart phone as a flashlight, he replaced the water pump right there at the site. He didn't leave until he was able to get the truck to operating temperatures to make sure the system was functioning properly. I can tell you from first-hand experience that Chad was friendly, very knowledgeable, and very thorough. During all of that, he answered every question I had and even gave recommendations of what I could do to the truck to make it run more efficiently. If I lived in this area, Chad would definitely be my mechanic! We were back on the road the next morning, and back on track for our trip to GA. Chad literally saved our family Christmas plans! I would highly recommend him to anyone. Pay no attention to those idiotic negative reviews!!!
